I am so sorry for the delay on this credit. I just checked and our vendor has not issued credit to us, which is how we know to issue credit to you. I have customer service checking on this. We should have this resolved for you by tomorrow.

This is not the first time I received and had to return damaged merchandise from your company. The lack of attention in shipping and carelessness is the cause of this. The firt time, I received my refund without incident, leading me to later make a large insert purchase with you. Feeling like your company made efforts I trusted to order again, but this time, the company still showed an utter lack of regard for how it handles its products, AND how it handles its customers. When you received the product back, I should have received my money back, PERIOD. I am not happy that my funds are being held hostage because your providers, who caused the damage in the first place, are lazy.
